Join Musician and Sound Healer Richard Charbonneau for a sound healing journey. Richard enjoys playing with the contrast between sound and silence, intensity and rest. The journey will ebb and flow in energy, beginning with quartz crystal bowls and shifting to a meditative gong practice that cascades before coming back to lighter, varied instruments for a soft landing pad. Richard's sound baths are transportive and stabilizing. Please note there is a friendly cat onsite.
