Intro to Sound Healing

Service Description

In this one-day session, attendees will learn the foundations of sound healing, with an understanding of sound and how it is impacting the physical, mental and energetic bodies during a sound bath. We'll touch on the energy body and the Chakras so you can weave this into your work as well. We'll also cover the essentials of a sound healing experience - how clients should prepare, how you should prepare, and what to incorporate in a session. There will be ample time for Q&A, experiencing, hands-on play with sound healing instruments.
