Heart Work (An In-Person Workshop)

"it is only and ever heart work" -Danielle Doby Heart Work has been the most important chapter of my own journey, and continues to be something I revisit daily. When our hearts are open, we can engage with life more fully, connect with ourselves and others more deeply, and be moved by the wonder and beauty all around us. When they are closed we feel disconnected, numb, and like we're simply going through the motions. We lose our sparkle. In this intimate, 8-person workshop, we will feel into our hearts to invite reconnection and opening, using the following modalities: -Cacao to promote heart opening and expansion -Group sharing to promote community and connection -Embodiment to clear and move stuck energetic & emotional residue -Sound Healing to soften and relax the heart, the nervous system, and the body This 2 hour intentional time will allow us to go deeply within, tending to our hearts no matter where we are in our heart journey. It's an honor to lead you in this deep and courageous work. *Please note there is a cat onsite. While I do my best to maintain my space, those with very severe allergies may opt to have a virtual session instead*
